Early birthday present for the girls...

Grandma ("MeeMaw" as Ava says) and Grandpa (again "MeeMaw" as Ava says...yes, she calls them both "MeeMaw") and Aunt Jenny got the girls a pink Barbie Jeep for their birthdays. Talk about the perfect gift! The girls loved it!! Sophie is happy to drive, and for now Ava is content riding. Wonder how long that will last! :) The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend so they gave the girls this gift early so that they can enjoy some time playing with it before the weather gets bad again. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Dossett and Aunt Jenny!!! What lucky girls I have!
They smiled the WHOLE time they drove the car. Ava kept yelling from the Jeep, " 'Tank' You MeeMaw!" over and over when they would pass. So cute!

It snowed!! The kids are so excited, it snowed!! They get out of school!!! Again. Will they ever go to school for a full week? Anyway, it was a fun day of playing in the snow. Even Mark stayed home to enjoy the fun. We all had a great time.

Most of the time...sometimes Ava didn't enjoy the cold :)

Cooper's very first basketball game

Cooper had his first basketball game today. He has never played organized basketball before, and this program is a great program. It is called Upwards Basketball and it is a Christian based program thru First Baptist Church of Springdale. He loved it and even made the first basket for his team. He is really fast! It is so cute to watch the little guys. They have NO idea what to do. Cooper's friend Davis is on the team too.

After the game, the coaches talk to the kids and give them "stars". Cooper earned a yellow star for sportsmanship. He was very excited about that.

Davis, Carley and Layton came over to play the other day. Layton is the only friend that Ava has that is her age...now that Ali is so far away :(
