A day at the Tulsa Zoo

We took the kids to the Tulsa Zoo today since the kids are on Spring Break. The weather in Tulsa was just perfect, while the weather at home was cold and rainy. We had a great time and really enjoyed the zoo.

Adventure Land Music Program

The girls go to Mother's Day Out at Adventure Land. Each year they have a music program. Sophie started the music program frowning, but by the end she was singing and doing the motions.
Ava was in the class called Green Turtles. She was sitting on the stage doing great until she saw me. Once she saw me and wasn't allowed to come see me, she was not going to do anything else but pout.


Sophie was in the class called Barber Shop.

We meet Sophie's friend, Katie and her mom, up at Rick's Bakery today for a little celebration of Katie's 5th birthday. The girls had fun watching the bakers decorate the cakes.

Sophie is going to miss Katie next year. They have been in the same classroom at Creative School since they were 2 1/2 years old. I wish they would be going to the same Kindergarten...but they aren't. :(

Baby chicks

We went to Aunt Trish's baby shower today and they had a bunch of baby chicks. Sophie spent the entire shower holding and looking at the chicks.
