Christmas Day 2008

The kids were up VERY early to see what Santa left. They were NOT disappointed. They got way too much! First the kids checked to see if Santa ate his cookies and milk and if the reindeer ate their carrots. They did! Santa left a note again this year.

Cooper's big gift came as a complete SHOCK to him. He got a PSP gaming system. He was not expecting it, but every time Drake was gone from home, he would try to sneak and play Drake's PSP. So, Santa thought Cooper might enjoy one of his own. He was very excited!
Drake's big gift was a Video iPod (Classic iPod). He was VERY happy too!


Sophie had been wanting a kitchen for a while. From the top of the stairs she saw her kitchen and squealed with delight. It was even her favorite color, pink.

The family got a new laptop and the boys couldn't be more excited.

Mark was just as excited about "Guitar Hero" as the boys!
I just thought this looked like the classic little boy on Christmas morning photo.

Sophie was, I think, the most excited about her "Pee pee in the potty" baby that she wanted so badly. She just kept kissing the box when she opened it. She played with the baby most of the time.

After opening presents, we got ready to go to Nana and Papa's to open even MORE presents and have Christmas lunch. Sophie decided to do a little cooking before we left.
Over at Nana and Papa's, Sophie got a new table and chairs to go with her kitchen and a "baby monkey".

They boys got legos and a ton of other gifts.

Once we were done getting all of our wonderful presents at Nana and Papa's, we came back home. Sophie and her Daddy enjoyed "lunch" at Sophie's new table and chairs.
The boys wanted to join in the "feast" but Sophie's "cheetah" and "monkey" were already seated perfectly in the chairs. Sorry guys, maybe she'll make dinner for you later. :)
